First & Last ("the app") is published by OTAC SOLUTIONS, LLC. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with data.

We do not collect any personal data

The app does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information:

• No account or login. You don't sign in or provide any identity.
• No network access. The app works fully offline and makes no network requests — no data ever leaves your device.
• No analytics or tracking. There are no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• No personal identifiers. We do not access your contacts, location, photos, microphone, camera, or device identifiers.

Data stored on your device

The app saves a small amount of game data locally on your device only — your high scores and chosen settings (language, difficulty, round length). This never leaves your device and is removed if you delete the app.

Children's privacy

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
